Rule changes:
1. Dues raised to $325
2. The lowest scorer each week pays 20$ for a 12-way parlay. Each owner selects a bet. If we win, it is split 12 ways.
3. Guilllotine style side bet is added. Starts week FOUR and has a $120 jackpot. The last team standing gets the pot.
4. Your parlay selection is due to me every Thursday at noon. If I have not received your pick each Thursday, we will reduce the number of bets in the parlay, and the owner who did not select will be excluded.
5. True receding playoff seeding is still in effect.
